Kathryn Clearfield Reilly, Esq.
Kathryn Clearfield Reilly, Esq. founded Clearfield Reilly PLLC in response to a growing need for thoughtful and experienced estate and elder law attorneys in the Capital District. Ms. Clearfield Reilly graduated from Wake Forest University in 1992 with a BA in English. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1996 from Albany Law School, graduating summa cum laude. She worked first in NY State Comptroller H. Carl McCall's Office, protecting the assets of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, and then for
over a decade, in boutique private practice where she provided investment and corporate law counsel, before transitioning her asset protection strategies and legal experience from advising companies to helping people.
Clearfield Reilly, Clearfield Reilly PLLC's principal and founder, is a member of Lawyers With Purpose and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Through her firm, Clearfield Reilly PLLC, she continues to serve in an Of Counsel capacity for Kieselstein Law Firm, PLLC in Albany, New York.
